The house has a large comfy terrace with patio furniture, an open-plan new and fully equiped kitchen, large dinning area and a living area with 47" HD 3D WIFI TV with international satellite TV channels. The bathroom was recently renovated and features a shower with hydromasage and all commodities. The 2 bedrooms can host up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a queen size hideaway bed which can be expanded with another individual bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be converted to a queen bed and a third bed. This allows a large flexibility: a family with up to 3 kids; 2 couples; 5 friends, ... It is all up to you! The house is located on a mountain with terraces build on it. This is a traditional way in Mallorca to make the mountain lands usable. Now, this house is located in a large piece of land where you can walk and relax in the nature. There is an above-ground pool to enjoy the natural environment and refresh. I'm very respectful with your holidays and will do all I can to make your stay unforgettable. In case of any trouble or incident, I'll be on reach for urgent matters. The charming landscape of Alaro invites hiking. Noted for its tradition, trips to Alaró Castle, which can be reached on foot from the house and on its top there are the remains of the fortification Christian site and remains of key wells Muslims and East (belonging to Bunyola) called for the passage of S'Escaleta. Other interesting excursions are Puig de S'Alcadena and Clot Almedrà that near Lloseta, is one of the most beautiful places in the municipality. Unless you really know what you are doing, you will need a car to reach this house. Despite being in a astonishingly beautiful settlement, this propety is located just 5 minutes from the main highway that connects the Palma and the Alcudia Bays, so it is literally less than 30 minutes from the main beaches in Mallorca. Getting to Alaró by foot is a nice 20 minutes walk. If you are up to a visit to Palma for shopping or cultural visit, a train station is less than 5 minutes drive from the house. The train line can get you anywhere from Palma to Inca, Sa Pobla or Manacor. Being at the heart of the Tramuntana mountain range, this country house is an ideal hub for cyclists. You have both mountain and plain routes departing from this house. "Toni sense orella" is the nick name our grandfather had in the mid XX century. He build the house in a priviledged environment and we are honoring his efforts naming the house after him. The house sits in a piece of land with 6400m2 of pure Mallorcan nature.
