Set in the rolling hills of Aveyron is our 17century converted barn. Completely restored to provide comfortable accommodation for 6 people. It has its own large garden and sun terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is a large heated private pool open during the Summer months. The bright and airy gite provides an open plan living/dining area with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great starting point for hiking and cycling. The downstairs area consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area that joins onto the living room with doors that open out onto a sun terrace with dining table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom with views over the garden and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms and a second bathroom. Towels and linen are provided free of charge. There is a very good WIFI connection. Parking for 4 cars outside the property. There are places for kayaking approximately 30mins away. There is parking for 4 cars in front of the property. There are parking spaces for up to 4 cars. A car would be essential. The pool is open from May until end of September. The owners live in the same hamlet but independent from the barn.
