Lovely home close to North Harbour Stadium and Uni

Surrounded by trees with gorgeous views of the sea, our tranquil home is a great place to relax and unwind. Five minutes from delightful Waiake Beach, 10 minutes to Albany shops, University and Stadium. Browns Bay is close by with lots of beachfront cafes and great choice of restaurants and bars. 5 minutes to motorway. Fast unlimited wi-fi, printer, large TVs & DVD. Foodies - our kitchen is very well equipped, and there's a large gas BBQ. Spacious bedrooms with top quality beds and linens. In a leafy suburb with plenty of off-street parking, living is mainly upstairs, with two additional bedrooms, shower room, a small lounge and full laundry facilities downstairs. Good for mixed family groups. Bathroom on the upper level has a shower, bath and separate toilet. The private deck is large and ideal for entertaining with great sea views. Our home is entirely yours to enjoy. Fast unlimited WiFi. Read our books, play board games or cards, watch our DVD's. Try our boogie-boards at Long Bay. Use what's in the kitchen cupboards, but if you finish basic things like olive oil or tea bags, it would be great if you would replace them. Our bedrooms all have loads of storage and master bedroom has air-con. All the bedrooms have blackout blinds as well as curtains. If you're around in the winter we have a cosy gas fire and plenty of heaters. We hope there will be a few lemons you can pick. NO PETS allowed . Your host will be Claire. She lives nearby and will be on hand to introduce you to our home and tell you about the local area and amenities. Claire is quickly available should you need help with anything. Our neighbours are very friendly. Waiake Beach is 3 minutes drive (or about 20 minutes walk down the hill) and Long Bay Regional Park only ten minutes drive. We love Browns Bay (5 mins by car) where you have everything from play areas by the beach, to beautiful restaurants and cafes. Browns Bay also has a choice of supermarkets and just about any shop /service that you might want. We can be in Auckland city centre in half an hour (outside rush-hour!). Northcross, on East Coast Road, has some nice food and drink shops, and a walk-in medical centre (really useful if your family is accident prone like ours). There are buses from just round the corner - 3 per hour, going to the city or Albany Westfield Shopping Centre. Some go through to the University. Like most of Auckland a car is helpful, we have plenty of car parking on the property. The deck is great, it is larger than most, is furnished with a gas BBQ, table and benches and a set of comfortable chairs and coffee table. Soak up the daytime sunshine and fabulous sea views, or watch the lights of the ships passing by at night. Full laundry facilities, hair dryer, rice cooker, Nutri Ninja blender.
