The house is set in a very quiet and secluded setting at 650 meters altitude and faces the Alps. Geneva airport is about 30 minutes driving away and downtown Annecy will take you 10 minutes. Excellent food shops nearby. Plenty of forest walks are possible just next door and we are adjacent to the 9 hole golf course of Saint-Martin de Bellevue. Big spaces both in- and outside. The house is secluded and set on grounds of 2000 sq.m. All rooms are tastefully decorated and the house has a very special and pleasant feel to it. Ground floor bedroom 11 sq.m. with direct access to the pool. En suite bathroom and exterior toilet. New bed 140/200 cm. Double storage cabinets. First floor master bedroom 14 sq.m. accessing 10 sq.m. terrace, comfortable bed 160/200 cm, en suite bathroom with large italian shower, toilet and multiple storage cabinets. Forest facing bedroom 14 sq.m. with ensuite bathroom, toilet, bed 140/190 cm. office space and large storage cabinet. Three sitting rooms on two floors with Roche Bobois furniture. Veranda with design table and chairs. Two TV sets. Two Hi-Fi stereo equipment. Fulklky equipped modern kitchen with dining table. Washing room. Large BBQ terrace. Piano. Fireplace. Sauna (unless pool is open). Gardens and pool can be shared with due respect for your privacy. Staircases are lit. Direct access to the ground-floor bedroom and shared entrance for the first-floor bedroom. All non mentioned parts of the house remain private. I will do my best to make your stay comfortable & inform you about to do and what to see in the region in response to your enquiries. Some guests seek some form of social contact like a joint drink, a meal or an outing, others are happy to keep me at hand in the background and I am happy in either case. The house is set in a residential area on the hillside overlooking the Alps. It is particularly quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. There is public transport to and from the City of Annecy with the nearest stop within 5 good minutes walking distance. However, I advise you travel by car and why not bring along your bikes! The house is set in a quiet area which is very secure. There is a slope of about 50 meters before getting to the house. There are a few comfortable stairs inside the house. Kindly park your car opposite the entrance gate. Cyclists can safely leave their bikes on the grounds of the property. Smoking everywhere in the house and food consumption outside of the kitchen/dining room are strictly forbidden. Quiet times between 11 pm and 7 am.
