Located in Lamtan, this studio has a stunning panoramic sea view. Being the room at the corner, the panoramic sea view is truly amazing. As it is only 1.30 hours drive from bangkok, I visited this vacation home frequently to enjoy the easy and relaxing local beach life of Bangsaen. I really love the place and hope my guests will enjoy it too. The room is equipped with FREE WIFI, king size bed, clean towels, shower cream, and shampoo are provided. A small cooking area can be used to cook light meals. Please feel free to enjoy the books TV, NETFLIX and DVDs in the room. You can use the swimming pool downstair. Wifi is available in the lobby on the 3rd floor. Only during check in and check out time. However if you need help or anything feel free to drop me a message or call me. The Lam Tan area is less crowded than the main Bangsaen beach area. However there are many seafood restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 7 eleven is 2 minutes walk. Every Friday and Saturday there's a night market (Bangsaen walking street) which is only 5 minutes walk from the condo. Our recommendations: Coffee shops; - Sake Station 900 m. - Cafe Kantary 2.6 km. Nice breakfast too - Brewflavors 2.9 km. - Starbucks 3.8 km (in Laemtong shopping mall) Restaurant - Jae Ladda 1.4 km. (lock 44 opposite to Bangsaen Heritage Hotel) very nice yellow grilled chicken. Seafood and Som Tam nearby is also nice - Baan Khun Mam 5.3 km nice seafood restaurant in Ang Sila area - Krua Somlak 6.1 km good fish boil rice in Ang Sila area - San Marzano 2.2 km nice Italian restaurant - Six O’clock 900 m. Popular local breakfast place There are public transport (Red Car) passing S2 Hotel, 5 minutes walk from our place. We have 2 bicycles available for rent. For more details please see in House Rules. For monthly rent water and electricity charge will be on actual basis upon your checkout. Cleaning is done only before check in and after check out. If you would like the cleaning to be done during your stay, extra charge of THB 500 per time is required. Please let us know in advance so we could arrange it for you.
