Fully furnished huge room (within a 3000 sq ft shophouse) with own living space , solid king size bed, aircon, mini fridge, wardrobe and wifi for rent in a cool historical chinese shop house. My 3000sq ft house is built in 19th centuries. It's a rare opportunity to be able to live in one, its old charm ooze so much character that is almost humbling . It came with a courtyard in the middle of the house, so when it rains, it pours in the living room! Amazing! The house is 2n half storey. As I work from home, the first floor is all dedicated for my work and entertaining. We do however have a front and back yard where you can chill under the sun with a book, or if you smoke , you welcome to do it here too. My kitchen is fully equip, and you can also do your cooking here. ( as long as you tidy up after) I respect ones privacy, as I hope they respect mine, but I do host cocktail or get togethers and you be most welcome to join us! Neil road is located in the most central part of Singapore ! It's unique neighborhood of beautiful historical shophouses that is much favored by expats. The great blend of residential n commercial, house hip bars, cafes n also local delicious eateries that opens 24 hours. The Singapore general hospital and the main polis station is also in this area. You can get to business district; raffles place, Chinatown, little India, Clarke quay, boat quay and sentosa island within 1 to 4 mrt rides away. The airport is a just 20 minutes ride. We have a second fridge, where you can stock up your own grocery. We only have one rule, ( no pork in the house) sorry!:) We also can arrange your pick up from the airport at a small extra charge.
