Casa das Oliveiras - Amazing sunset and seaview

This is a nice, cozy and practical house, where you can enjoy the countryside of the Algarve, but appreciating the beautiful ocean view and sunsets from our veranda and swimming pool with a barbecue on the side. Shops are 10min away. This house is situated in a high profile neighbourhood, in between many small towns and villages with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee places: Sao Bras do Alportel, Faro, Santa Barbara do Nexe, Loulle, etc… Casa das Oliveiras is a single floor, 200m2 house surrounded by a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) m2 garden. 1. There is a Tennis / PADEL Club in the Condominium but pre-bookings are requested; payment directly to the club; 2. Wireless Internet; 3. Satellite TV channels; 4. There is a lady that can come and clean, but arrangements will have to be done directly with her upon entering the house; 5. Beautiful golf courses are 20min. away by car; 6. Fantastic Beaches all along the Algarve coast for you to explore. Also 20 min. away by car; 7. Small kids play area; 8. Wooden doll house in the garden; 9. Varanda área with barbecue and pizza oven available. 10. Beautiful, practical and full equipped fitted kitchen. We are a Brazilian/Italian family living in Oslo, Norway. This is our vacation home and we are more than happy to share it with you! The house is cozy, easy going and the location could not be better for a nice and calm family vacation, but also with easy access to shopping malls(Mar shopping mall and outlet in Loule), bars, restaurants (Malice and Raizes just down the road), coffee shops and gorgeous beaches. I will send you information explaining and giving ideas of all turistic places, beaches and good places for you to have a true Algarve experience. You will do a self check in and our friend will meet you at the house, but I am always available on sms, (Hidden by Airbnb) , email and telephone, regarding any questions or doubts. We have different prices along the year depending on seasons and holidays. If you have any questions, please let us know. As per March 1st, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , Faro region is starting to charge Turistic tax of 1.5eur per person per night. Although tranquil and quiet neighbourhood, bigger Cities, villages , shops and big supermarkets are only (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes away. Beautiful golf courses around the area and tennis and PADEL courts right next door. Also amazing area for biking and hiking. Go and explore the centre of Faro, walk through the Fortress, visit the beautiful old churches and chapels around the area and walk through the white sand beaches throughout the coast. In Faro, Olhao and Tavira, you can find taxi boats and sailing boats for hire that will take you through the canals along the small islands between Faro and Tavira. The nature and bird watching is fascinating. One ofthe most beautiful Algarve areas, around Benagil beach, is only 40min. by car. Small markets and restaurants walking distance from the house (5-20min). Quinta das Raposeiras is within 4 very special towns/villages: São Brás do Alportel, Santa Barbara do Nexe, Bordeira and Loule. They always have special cultural traditional events going on and local markets with fresh veggies, fish and meat every morning. You can find 2 shopping malls in the area, just (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min from the house: Mar shopping Loule and Forum Algarve in Faro. Almost no public transportation close to the house. Only buses from Faro going to Bordeira (15min. walk from the house), Sao Bras do Alportel (10min. by car), Santa Barbara do Nexe (5min. by car) and Loule (10min. by car). Taxis are available from these places to the house. I have contacts of taxi drivers, just let me know if you need one! Stays are set to be a minimum of 4 or 7 days, depending on the time of the year.
