Spacious terrace house by the lake, close to city center and nature! This spacious, bright and modern corner townhouse with beautiful view over the lake has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/WC, kitchen with dining space, 2 living rooms, dining space, sauna, large terrace and balcony facing the lake and greenswards, and a paved terrace facing the garden. Located in beautiful Sköndal, accessible by public transport within approx. 30 minutes from Central station. By car 10-20 minutes depending on traffic. It is a terrace house and on the entrance floor you find: a hallway, a bath room (WC), a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and exit to paved terrace with dining table and a sun chair, a large living room including a large dining table (55 sq.m.) with exit to a large balcony facing the lake (16 sq.m with dinging table and sun beds/chairs.). Right down the stairs you find yet another living room with exit to a large terrace facing the lake and greensward. The terrace is fully equipped: grill/barbeque, large dining table (12 chairs), big sofa and 2 sun beds. On this floor you also have one master bedroom (bed 180 cm), one large room (20 sqm, no windows) with a double bed 180 cm, one bedroom with double bed 180 cm and a fourth bedroom with a foldable bed/sofa (can sleep one or two persons). Additionally there is a utility room with washing machine, folding space and a tumble drier, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bathtub and entrance to the sauna and one bathroom with WC. It neighbours Gubbängen to the northwest, Hökarängen to the west, Farsta to the southwest and Larsboda to the south. To the east and partially north it neighbours the Skarpnäck borough, in particular the districts of Skarpnäcks Gård and Orhem. The area was largely developed in the 1950s and 1960, with the building of a number of apartment blocks. In 1969 the shopping centre Sköndals Centrum was built, consisting of small number of shops around an open square. The local library is found here, along with a small supermarket, a newsagents and a bar. Located by the lake 900 meters away you also find an outdoor gym. Sköndal is well served by Stockholm's public transport system, with buses running from Sköndal to Gullmarsplan and Skarpnäck. The area is largely residential, though broken up by green spaces, wooded areas and footpaths and cycleways. Close by is the lake Drevviken, with a walking trail around the edge, and the Flaten conservation area. Parking space in connection to the house. Bus stop 200 meters away and it takes you to subway stop Farsta, Gullmarsplan or Skarpnäck in 6-12 minutes.. Beautiful surroundings: forests and the lake Drevviken 150 meters from the house, including several bathing places nearby (brewers and beaches). Located by the lake 900 meters away you also find an outdoor gym. Drevviken is a large lake in southern Stockholm, Sweden, shared by the four municipalities Stockholm, Haninge, Huddinge, and Tyresö. While much of the surrounding area is used for one-family houses, the lake and the green space north of it are considered to be of great recreational and natural importance and forms part of a suggested nature reserve.
