Yachting-funs are having the possibility of using the two international yacht ports at the same location. If you come by car or bikes you can safely park in the secured underground parking garage in the building. The buildings have CCTV surveillance and 24 hour security on duty. One of the most popular shopping mall is just few minutes' walk, as well as a hypermarket. The Downtown is directly reachable within 10-15 minutes, by Metro 3 or any of the close bus lines. Entertainment is also available for the children at local playgrounds, which are located next to the apartment, at the green grassy river side.
