Nestled on the top of a hill, Cashel Vineyard overlooks the beautiful valleys of the Southern Highlands. This Sutton Forest home has 5 bedrooms with bullnose verandah where you can sit in the warmth of the sun and look over the vineyard. With 2 large living spaces and a modern country kitchen, this 5-acre property is perfect for hosting friends and family getaways. Only 90mins from Sydney, Cashel Vineyard is a short drive off the Hume Motorway and close to Moss Vale (10mins) and Bowral (15mins). There are 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people.. - Master bedroom has a super-king bed and ensuite bathroom. - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. - Bedroom 3 has a double bed. - Bedroom 4 has two single beds - Bedroom 5 has a double bed (lower) with a single bunk (upper) - sleeps 3 in total. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, the main bathroom has a bath and shower, and there is a separate toilet. There are two living spaces, one being a lounge room with open fireplace and the other a large open plan kitchen, dining, living room. The living room has french doors opening onto the rose garden. The new modern country kitchen is well equipped with a 90cm gas cook-top and electric oven with caesar stone benches perfect for preparing your own meals. You can spend your time by strolling through the rows of Chambourcin grapevines, the formal rose gardens, or the quaint stone-walled orchard. Enjoy a hit of tennis on the full-sized tennis court or explore all that the local towns have to offer. Summer, autumn, winter or spring - Cashel Vineyard is a retreat for all seasons; with the coziness of an open fireplace, spring flowers, gorgeous autumn colours or a summer picnic under the oak tree. Cashel Vineyard is located at the start of the Tourist Drive which takes you through Moss Vale, Robertson, Exeter, Bowral and Fitzroy Falls. This country escape can include the Vineyard Trail with the cellar doors of Cherrytree Hill Vineyard, Eling Forest Winery, Southern Highlands Winery and St Maur Vineyard within a couple of kilometres. Moss Vale and Bowral are known for their antiques and homeware stores, and an abundance of quaint cafes and gourmet restaurants. The famous Red Cow Farm is only minutes away as is the Southern Highlands Equestrian Centre (Sutton Farm) and the well-loved Exeter General Store. There is adequate parking close to the front door for 4+ cars. Please do not park on, or use as a turning bay, the grassed area. The Sutton Forest Inn is about a 5 minute drive and Moss Vale shops (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc is about 10 minutes by car. There are the two Coles Express service stations (northbound and southbound on the motorway) about 5 minutes drive (drive towards Goulburn). Small to medium dogs may be brought onto the property by prior arrangement to confirm suitability.
