cosy little house 30 min from city centre Vienna

The area is save and very traffic poor and there are enough parking possibilities in front of the house or in front of my garage within the compound. It's exactly 30 minutes drive from my house to the city centre of Vienna. You have a nice little garden with a set of chairs and a barbecue grill in front of your door and herbs, veggies, fruits. You will enjoy staying in Mödling with all its beautifull forests whilse being so close to city centre and airport and 10 min walk from public transport This apartment is actually a little house next to my own house with a separate entrance, a little kitchen, toilett' bathroom, corridor and 2 multipurpose rooms. In both rooms are sofas that can be turned into spacious double beds. I newly renovated this little house with lots of love for tile art mosaics and arts inspired by my favourite artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. I am staying next door to you. Since I am a hospitable and sociable person it will be my pleasure to communicate with you.
