Need a fully equipped studio for your business trip or simply to stay for a weekend? Our Capsule Color plus studio will charm you with its living room composed of an equipped kitchen (with fridge, hob, coffee maker, microwave) with its double bed, an office space allowing you to work in peace and a bathroom with Italian shower, wc and washbasin cabinet. Bed and bathroom linen are provided. All located close to the highways and Valenciennes. You can enjoy a TV with Netflix and free WiFi (fiber optic) with a Nintendo switch. You will have the option of parking your car in the back yard or in the street parking spaces directly in front of the building. Entry and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available 24 hours a day if you need more information. A deposit of EUR 400 is required when booking (deposit not debited). The property is located behind the convenience store. You will receive an e-mail with the access codes, a first code for the main entrance and a 4-digit code to be entered on the key box located inside the building to the right of the Capsule door at 2 -th).
