Stylish Sunny Room, Close to City

A lovely sunny and cozy double room in a renovated 1940s bungalow with a very comfy queen bed, plus a built-in wardrobe. Great central Auckland location, quiet and safe, 10 mins by car into the city and a bus stop right at the end of the road. Super easy to the airport. Free parking on the street or on the driveway. My house is a lovely space with a stylish edge that will make you feel right at home. You'll be sharing the home with me and my cat Lily. Vaccinated guests only. A beautiful stylish house and great location, a lovely renovated peaceful home. I have plenty of garden space if you fancy a seat in the sun and you'll wake to the most beautiful birdsong. There is tea and coffee making facilities in my kitchen if you need them. You'll have access to your own private room plus shared bathroom and kitchen space if needed. I will be around during your stay and if I happen to be out you can always message me. More than happy to be flexible around check-in time depending on availability. I will be installing a key box soon to make this easier for all. Waterview is a really lovely quite spot that is super close to the city. There is a really cool park down the road with walking and bike trails and there is even a waterfall in the park at the end of my road. You can get great coffee a 5 min walk away at the Waterview Coffee Project which is a community run place. Nearby we have Point Chevalier and Mt Albert that both offer great restaurants and cafes. By car the city is 10 mins and the airport is 20 mins. In peak traffic a little longer. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with buses into the city. To the airport is around $40 in a Uber.
