There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room and patio with gorgeous view of the lagoon. The house is steps away from the water with a beautiful white sand beach. There is a private dock to dock your boat. The home is situated only 5 minutes walking to a shopping center. There are boutiques, restaurants, banks and a doctors office.
