Double Room, great facilities & ideal location!

Located in the centre of Carmarthen, 5 mins walk to all the town has to offer Ideally located for the tourist attractions but also for people working away, 5mins to St Davids college & the main hospital. Guests will have access to shared bathroom & the kitchen,a large decking area & my hot tub as well!(upon prior arrangement)There is a car port for free parking if needed. I am a friendly person who will be happy to answer any questions you may have on the area & for recommended restaurants etc. You will full access to your bedroom, downstairs bathroom with a large rain shower over a deep bath. The kitchen can also be used to cook any meals you wish to prepare-utensils and pots are available if needed. The large decking area located to the rear of the property is also available if you wish to relax there in good weather. Happy to interact with my guests as much or as little as they wish, happy to share my knowledge of the town and what is local to them during their stay Located in a quiet cul se sac but within easy quick walk to the heart of the centre of town. Very convenient for all the restaurants, coffee shops, 1 minutes walk to the cinema & department stores. Spectacular walks & beaches are easily within 30 mins hours drive. Carmarthen is a lovely old market town with a great mix of independent shops and the market itself has lots of interesting and varied stalls. I am located within 5 minutes walk away from the bus station and train station, so you can explore the surrounding areas like the stunning beaches of Tenby, Saundersfoot etc & the waterfalls of Cenarth Falls as a very small example There is a large screen tv in the room with full access to freesat and I am also happy for my Netflix account to be shared for entertainment you wish to access. The room now comes with (Hidden by Airbnb) home assistant! There to help you stream music, news reports, travel information, play games etc. I have a hot tub available for use on my decking area (prior arrangements agreed before use & between the months of May - September) I have a washing machine available upon request, as is a dishwasher.
