It's a 2-bedroom corner unit that could accommodate 6 (max of 8) persons. Each room has a bunk bed with a full sized mattress at the bottom & single mattress at the top that could sleep 3 people in all. Private toilet & bath comes with shower heater & hair dryer. The kitchen is furnished with a mini fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware and cookware (for those looking to cook, pls let us know beforehand) There's also a small balcony where guests could have a cuppa while enjoying the breeze and the view. NOTE: Our standard price is good for 4 heads. We require an additional fee for the 5th person. We have a property just across the condo unit. Someone will be able to attend to your needs. Mobile numbers will be provided. The property is at Moldex Residences in the heart of Marcos Highway and is accessible to all modes of transportation (private, bus, taxi, jeepney). It is about 10 minutes drive to Session Road, Burnham Park, Camp John Hay, Wright Park and other establishments within the site's 3km radius. There are atm machines in the area (Metrobank and BDO). Puregold supermarket is about 6-8 minutes uphill walk from Moldex. Small cafeterias and convenient stores can be found within the vicinity. Regular jeepney fare to town is 9 pesos. Taxi going to the public market, SM, Session Road is about 120 pesos. Puregold grocery is an uphill walk about 6-8mins. Bencab museum is 20 minutes away by taxi. There are Catholic churches nearby accessible by public transpo- Divine Mercy church and Sta. Catalina for Sunday and special occasion masses. Early check in and late check out would depend on availability. Our standard price is good for 4 heads. We require an additional fee for the 5th person onwards. If booking for more than 6 persons, there will be extra mattresses and pillows provided.
