The house is available for booking through the whole year! A beautiful house on the beach in the village of Skala Fourkas, the first peninsula of Chalkidiki, Greece. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 balconies, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, storage and laundry, green garden with a large porch with dining and relaxation areas, overlooking the sea, backyard and two parking spaces. Capacity is 8+2 people. The house has its own beach, which is reached through picturesque wooden stairs. Guests can enjoy the free sun beds and umbrellas at beach bar Zattero, which is located in very close to the house. Guests can access all the house We are able to support you during your stay by, but we are not available personally all the time Villa Fourka is a part of a complex of 6 independent houses. The area is dedicated fo holidays and living, so the gueats have to follow strictly the observed rules of public order. All beaches is Greece are public and can be access 24 hours. Near by the house is located Zattero beach bar, which works till 2:30 am. In the village which is very close too, there are many restaurants, taverns, bars, shops, supermarket, pharmacies, luna-park and etc. GENERAL CONDITION FOR ACOMMODATION IN VILLA FOURKA1. Check-in and check-out hours in Villa Fourka by tourists are: 15:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. 2. Each tourist must be registered on arrival. 3. Tourists are required to use Villa Fourka as intended and return it to the hotelier 4. Tourists shall, before leaving the Villa Fourka clean all appliances, dishes and cutlery used throughout their stay. 5. Any damages or losses caused by tourists during their stay at Villa Fourka and common areas are on his account and tourists should refund them and/or recover items immediately. 6. The number of tourists (adults and children) during the stay should not exceed the number of guests registered on their booking. 7. In case tourists are planning to hold an event during their stay in the villa for guests, party, birthday, wedding, etc., which involve presence of a large number of people or if they intend to use Villa Fourka and common parts for purposes different from holiday or recreation, they must promptly inform the hotelier ans ask for his special approval. In certain cases, the hotelier may require signing a tourist service contract. 8. Smoking on the premises of Villa Fourka is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the yard adjacent. 9. No pets are allowed on the territory of Villa Fourka without the prior written consent from the Hotelier. 10. Illegal and immoral activities, including gambling, drug distribution, use of fireworks and the possession and use of firearms are strictly prohibited on the territory of Villa Fourka. 11. All repairs related to damage caused by normal use and wear in Villa Fourka and common areas for guests, incl. and surrounding yard shall be borne by the Hotelier. 12. In case of excessive or unreasonable loss or damage caused by tourists during their stay, the hotel or its representative may request the tourist and accompanying person exempt Villa Fourka immediately, with no right to plead for reimbursement amount. 13. Prior accommodation in Villa Fourka tourists pay a deposit-guarantee, the amount of which is determined on the period of their stay and number of guests. The same shall be refunded within 7 days after leaving Villa Fourka and in the absence of grounds for its detention 14. In case of disregard of these requirements, as well as demonstrations of indecent behavior by tourists and accompanying persons, the hotelier has every right to ask the latter to leave the property immediately with no right to reimbursement, to keep the prepaid deposit-guarantee, and require immediate restoration and / or payment of all damages and shortages. 15. Services and fees included in the price of accommodation: tourist tax, electricity, water, heating, change of towels and sheets every 4 days, the use of common parts of the Villa Fourka. 16. Services and fees to be paid additionally: mini bar, daily cleaning and replacing of towels and / or sheets, food and catering. TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE OBLIGATORY FOR ALL GUESTS OF VILLA FOURKA!
