Quality residential area close to the action and easily accessed . A two minute walk to a bus stop and a less than ten minute trip taking you into the CBD, North Terrace with the Art Gallery, Museum and the Botanical Gardens. From there it's a short walk to the magnificent Adelaide Oval and while in the city a visit to the Central Market is a must. The off street secure parking provided is a bonus. The apartment is in a leafy,safe and well established residential area. I would expect guests to treat the property and neighbours with due respect and to leave the apartment neat and tidy, as they would expect to find it.
