Modern, relaxed bright room, in a friendly family home of all adults, Newly decorated. Permanent tenant renting other spare room, female household with the exception of weekends when husband returns. Walking distance to local amenities, (shops, takeaways, pub, restaurant). 25 minutes from bath. 12 minutes from longleat safari park and centre parcs. 5 minutes from local train station, easily accessible public transport. Breakfast available on request, use of household appliances available. Friendly black Labrador who likes cuddles. Full use of drive way, access to furnished well kept garden. Mostly on hand, but happy to respect privacy. Quite friendly cul-de-sac. 5 minute walk to a lovely local pub/eatery which offers great food and friendly service. Longleat safari park 12 minutes down the road. 5 minutes to the white horse which is a lovely area for walking, shearwater lake nearby, strourhead national trust 20 minutes drive. Westbury train station accessible within 5 minutes. Local bus services available to neighbouring towns
