Sunny and warm self contained garden cottage your home away from home in a quiet suburb of Johannesburg North/Jukskei Park ( 1km from Olivedale hospital & All Saints shopping center), suitable for business travelers and quite weekend getaways. Close to main entertainment areas in the northern suburbs like Fourways Mall, Monte Casino and Northgate (The Dome) and easy access to major routes like Malibongwe drive, William Nicol, Witkoppen and the N1. The cottage is semi detached from the main house but has everything inside completely self contained with separate private entrance to the cottage. The premises are fully fenced with electric fence and security beams around the house and cottage. The cottage has it own bathroom with a shower and dry kitchen. It comes fully furnished with queen size bed, side pedestal and lamp with 50" screen LED TV with DSTV. The house has FTTH 10mb/s connection which means you have full access to wifi at the cottage. The dry kitchenette comes equipped with the fridge and microwave. We provide cutlery, plates, coffee mugs and wine glasses. We also provide continental breakfast and coffee to our guests. The guests have access to open parking in the yard close to the cottage. They also more than welcome to walk around the house we have a big yard. The cottage is self contained, it has everything you would need in a guesthouse. We live on the property and we always available to answer any questions you may have about the neighborhood, places to go to, great restaurants nearby and what to do around here on weekends and how to get around. We also respect people's privacy so we try not to disturb our guests often so if you don't hear from us, it's our way of giving you space. Johannesburg North/Jukskei Park suburb is centrally located between major routes that connects the city i.e Witkoppen road & the N1 and within easy access to Malibongwe drive. The area has lovely homes with character, big yards close to the Jukskei river. Friendly neighbors, there's a sense of community here that you don't find in lots of other places. The area is ideally located within 5km radius to major centers like Monte Casino 5km, Fourways Mall 4km, Northgate (The Dome) 3km, Olivedale Hospital 1km. The area has quite a few of its own local shopping centers (literally within walking distance to the house) that have: 1) Grocery shops like PicknPay, Woolworths, Spar, Checkers and Clicks, Game. 2) Restaurants you will be spoiled for choice from Mugg & Bean, Ocean Basket, RoccoMamas, Dopio Zero, Wimpy, Throbbing Strawberry, Hogshead, Steers, Nando's, Debonairs pizza shops and lots of Indian and Chinese restaurants as well. 3) Pubs - lots of good entertainment places like The Baron Fourways, Gathering of Clans, Hogshead All of this within 2km radius from the house and can be found within the following shopping centers All Saints shopping center, Douglasdale Village, Bel Air Shopping Center, Northriding Square.
