This gorgeous unit has one master bedroom with a king bed, 42” TV, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed, a 42” TV, and a second full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen comes with granite countertops, a kitchen island, and stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and knife block are provided. The beautifully furnished living room has a 50” flatscreen cable TV and 25Mbps wireless internet, opening on a patio with a dining table and barbecue. The entire unit is air-conditioned. There’s a shared hospitality area in the unit adjacent to this one. This space is available to guests from 8 a.m. to noon to book tours, tee times, tennis times, a private chef, and any other activities that interest you. This space also has wireless internet, couches, large tables, a 55” flatscreen TV, coffee, and tea. Guest access Guests are allowed one parking space, with a luggage storage area in the garage. The apartment overlooks the 7th green at the Cariari Country Club Golf Course. If you like to play golf or tennis, the owner will gladly help book the session for you. Getting around Depending on your plans for traveling within Costa Rica, we suggest renting a car, hiring a driver, or booking a shuttle. If the smoke odor is detected inside, a $500 charge will be assessed. The loss of keys needs to be reported immediately. The replacement fee for a lost key is $100. Guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any loss, damages, or destruction of the villa furnishings and appliances resulting from his/her fault. Registered guests are the only ones allowed in the villa. Parties cannot be held inside the facilities. Each villa comes with only one parking space. Check-in time is at 3 p.m. (though an earlier check-in can sometimes be arranged). Check-out time is at 11 a.m. Late check-outs will be charged 50% of the daily rate. The guest must leave the property tidy. If the guest leaves the property extremely dirty, this will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $75. Please do not leave valuables unsecured in your room. The villa is equipped with an in-room safe for your use. It is forbidden to play music at high volumes at any time.
