You will love my bright beautiful flat with parking. Located in the beautiful Devon village of Stoke Fleming on the edge of historic Dartmouth. Fully equipped including wood burner (cosy nights, greation location all year round). Absolutely stunning walks on your doorstep. Award winning Blackpool sands beach only 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive, countless other beautiful beaches are close by. The village has a great pub, shop and restaurant, 2 miles away a Sainsbury’s & Lidls supermarket. A spacious one bedroom apartment with extra mezzanine space. The mezzanine has a double comfortable foam fold out bed, suitable for children or agile adults, with restricted head space please see photos. Close to beautiful beaches and countryside in a lovely village location. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed with a John Lewis mattress, bedside cabinets with drawers and beautiful bedside lamps. There is also a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and storage space. All the curtains in the apartment are blackout. The lounge has two comfy sofas, a three seater and a two seater where you can relax in front of the wood burner and maybe watch a film on the smart TV with access to Netflix and all apps or play a game. The kitchen has everything you need, pots, pans, plates and cutlery etc. There is oil, salt, pepper, tea & coffee, whatever you use please replace. There is a fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. The breakfast bar area has 4 stools. Drinks cabinet in the lounge area containing glasses. Nest of tables for games or drinks. The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet. There is a small store room off the bathroom with a washing machine. (Just to note there is some building work going on at the campsite next door- it only be seen from bedroom window- not the lounge with the sea view- it’s not been an issue with any guests) Guest have the entire apartment. Always available by phone or message. Lovely village location, with local pub serving great food. Short walk to a park with playground facilities. A village shop is nearby and supermarkets a short drive (10 mins) Walk or drive to nearby Blackpool Sands beach. Close to public indoor and outdoor pools and gymnasium. You can walk to Dartmouth or a 5 minute drive. Absolute prime location. Local bus stop 2 minute walk from the apartment. Buses available to take you into Dartmouth and the local beaches, or perhaps further for a day out in Totnes. Of course you can stay local and do everything on foot. Lots of fantastic walks on your doorstep. A walk to the beautiful Blackpool Sands will take you about 30 minutes and keeping to the lanes and paths is a lovely route. The pub will take you about 15 minutes to walk as will the village shop. For people who like to head out and put the miles in there are countless walks to undertake. The local shop also serves as a post office. The Green Dragon pub is a short walk away serving great food.
