Villa Elly is located in a picturesque village, about 20 km west of Liberec, at the foot of the Mountain Jested (1201 m).Thanks to its strategic location, on the edge of the Jizera Mountains and near the border triangle with Poland and Germany, you can really spend a varied holiday. The beautiful weather in the summer is perfect for swimming, water sports, walking, cycling or golf, but also in the spring and in the late summer the area has a lot to offer. Discover the local culture, beautiful sights, romantic villages, castles and churches. There is something for everyone.If the weather is not so good, you can visit the amusement park Center Babylon in Liberec with endless water-and-play fun, sauna and wellness facilities, bowling, cinema and much more.The fairytale winter offers many opportunities for skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking or snowboarding. The villa is located between many ski resorts. The nearest and also the largest ski area in the region is the Jested ski resort, which is less than 15 km away. This completely renovated resort with more than 10 km of slopes, varying from blue to black, 9 lifts at an altitude of 540 - 1000 m and is snow-sure thanks to artificial snow machines.Your day of winter sports can be finished in one of the restaurants where you can enjoy delicious meals at reasonable prices. This beautiful, detached villa, built in 2002, is situated on a great plot of no less than 5000 m2 of private land.The house is suitable up to 10 people, has a living area of over 180 m2 and is fully equipped with all comfort for a successful holiday.On the ground floor there is a hall, a spacious kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove / hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. The dining area offers a comfortable seating for at least ten people. The living room has a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV (with satellite receiver) and a stereo system. The wood stove not only provides more warmth, but also a cozy atmosphere. Adjacent to the hall is a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is also one of the four bedrooms, equipped with two single sofa beds.On the first floor is a landing, two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a double sofa bed. A baby bed is available. There is also a small bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath and a second toilet.Start the day with a delicious breakfast on the furnished terrace, enjoy the tranquility and space in this green oasis, bordering a brook.On the spacious grounds is also a garage / bicycle storage. The villa is about 100 m from the public road and can be reached via a path that runs past the housekeeper´s house. Sporting, cultural or relaxing holiday, it is all possible here.In the immediate vicinity of the villa, about 5 km from Hamr, there are lakes for swimming, water skiing or rowing. Here is a landscaped child friendly beach with play equipment, slide, and trampoline and also boats can be rented.The village is located near the beautiful nature areas with many cycling and hiking trails, and less than 14 km from the highest mountain in the region "Jested" (1012m). The mountain with a beautiful view and luxurious restaurant is accessible by a gondola. Definitely worth visiting!The city of Liberec has the most beautiful Aquapark in the Czech Republic, a beautiful center, a zoo, botanical garden, several museums, modern shopping centers, etc.There are at least 4 golf courses in the immediate vicinity (within a radius of 20 km).The region is known for its crystal: from wine glasses to chandeliers. Visiting a glass factory and one of the many sales galleries is recommended.For culture and history there are more than 40 castles or fortresses. The Czech Paradise, where huge rock masses seem to rise from the ground is a 50-minute drive away. The capital Prague with its many tourist attractions is 100 km directly accessible via the motorway and therefore excellent for one day trip.The winter sports enthusiasts will also enjoy a nice holiday here. The villa is situated on the edge of the Jizera Mountains and near many ski areas. The nearest and largest is the Jested ski resort, with more than ten kilometers of blue to black slopes, nine lifts and all that 15 km away. There is also a ski school, ski rental and evening skiing. And what about the ski jumps where the big tournaments take place?For more variety, you can of course also visit other ski areas in the Iron Mountains and the Giant Mountains (35-70 km away).In short, the possibilities here are endless!
