Both include modern facilities, separate kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. Sleeps upto 16 people. Woolamai Park is approximately 12 minutes to Phillip Island or 1 1/4 hours from Melbourne. The neighbourhood The property is in a serene location where occupants can enjoy the rural surrounds and rural views and distant coastal outlook. The home is popular to families or adult friendship groups who want to share time together with option to fully cater at home using the self contained aspects of the home and the outdoor BBQ. No Linen or towels provided. - all beds have underlays, pillows, doonas (no donna covers) and blankets. Wi - Fi and Apple TV We are not able to accommodate events and wedding parties at the property. No schoolies accepted. House Rules The use of Drones/UAV is strictly prohibited during your stay at the property. No Smoking inside & No pets. No Trail bikes, motorised recreational vehicles, fireworks or firearms permitted on the property. (Paul) ------ 3 Generations of our family stayed for 3 days to celebrate a special family birthday. The farmhouse is set on a hill in a beautiful rural setting. It has a homely and spacious feeling and is very well equipped for self catering, including 3 fridges. It has a huge balcony complete with a 6 burner BBQ, an outdoor setting, ample comfortable lounge , sofas and arm chairs to soak up the amazing views....... and they are amazing. In the inside lounge, the combustion heater is fully set up just waiting for you to light a match. Good time also to light the many candles provided. The sleeping configuration worked really well for us too. The well mown lawn area has plenty of room to have a game cricket or kick of the football. Play equipment and a hammock linked between 2 trees were very well used. Was only 15 minutes away from a beautiful restaurant in New Haven with ocean views. We would thoroughly recommend this venue. (Pam) ------ This is a fabulous place for extended family vacation in which we have done so for the past 2 years. With 3 families and grandparents, there is ample space where you never feel as if you are on top of each other. In addition, the cooking facilities are abundant with 2 kitchens and an outdoor BBQ. The accommodation is in an amazing setting with easy access to Phillip Island. We certainly will continue to make this an annual event. (John)
