Fully renovated furnished gîte in one of the buildings making up an old renovated farmhouse adjoining the owners' house. The front yard is shared with the owner with a private and enclosed space at the back of the gîte. In the heart of the Loire Valley and near Germigny and Saint-Benoît sur Loire. Gîte comprising: kitchen, living room, lounge, shower room, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds and 1 baby bed). Heating included. Cleaning charge 60 euros. Please do not use the fireplace. Possibility to park a maximum of one vehicle in the yard. Internet / Wifi access via a Flybox in the gîte (200 Go / per month then if low speed internet access is exceeded). Animals on request (with a paid package).
