Our quiet house in the heart of beautiful Port Sunlight is newly refurbished, with modern features perfectly complementing the historic exterior. A particularly special feature of the cottage is the unique interior of the turret. This previously hidden space has recently been opened up, exposing the beautiful architecture of the original beams. The space now houses a luxury spa bath with Jacuzzi jets and LED light therapy - a perfect place to fully relax in this extraordinary setting. You can even fill the spa bath with your phone via Bluetooth. Just download the Mira Mode app. The sleek, modern kitchen perfectly complements the traditional features of the house, enabling a very comfortable stay. All the expected equipment can be found in this fully functional kitchen including family sized fridge freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom is spacious and calm, with a comfortable king size bed and smart TV. Two original windows overlook the park known as 'The Dell'. The contemporary, spacious shower room has a walk in waterfall shower and underfloor heating for holiday luxury. Out the back is a small yard containing the outhouse. The outhouse has an outside toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The home has been designed for couples looking for a quiet space to relax, whilst enjoying the local area. Free roadside parking is available near the house. There is also good access by public transport and the train station is a 4 minute walk away. Local amenities - local shops, take away restaurants and cafes are a short walk away. Larger shops, cinema and bowling alley are around 8 minutes away by car. Access to all areas of the property and yard area. Access is by key box, but we are never far away if needed. Information and leaflets will also be available in the property for you to peruse. Port Sunlight is a historic model garden village created by Lord William Hesketh Lever for his factory workers. Founded in 1888, it consists of 900 Grade II listed buildings and is a conservation area. Each block was designed by a different architect. Every home is unique. The house is ideally located for exploring this stunning historic village including the museum, tearooms and Lady Lever art gallery. Our closest features are the Gladstone theatre, The Lyceum building and the Dell gardens which can be seen from the property. Further afield there are many Wirral attractions to enjoy and all are very accessible by public transport as well as by car. The house is a 4 minute walk from the nearest station (Port Sunlight), with very regular trains to both Liverpool (20 minutes) and Chester (25 minutes). There are many beautiful countryside and local coastal walks including our favourite - along the Wirral way.
