The Lower Deck at Swanpool, short walk to beach.

3 private rooms on the ground floor of 3 storey home, we live on 1st & 2nd floors. 7 minutes walk to beach with cafe, restaurant,water sports, coastal walks & nature reserve of Swanpool. 7 mins drive to Falmouth centre. Bedroom with very comfortable King size bed, WC shower room. You have a private entrance & access from backrooms to your own outside space for al fresco dining. Continental breakfast selection included. Kitchen has a kettle, toaster, mini fridge, microwave & 2 ring electric hob. The Lower Deck is the ground floor of our 3 storey home. You have your own entrance and a garden space to relax in, use of your own kitchenette and private shower room and WC. We are available for advise if you like but offer you privacy. We do have a very lazy undemanding lurcher who might come and say Hello very briefly if he can be bothered getting out of his bed. We put up a stair gate to prevent him coming to your floor if you prefer. We have provided hooks and hangers to hang your wet suits to dry and a washing line in the outside area, a bucket and hose pipe is available to rinse off your wet suits and swim gear. There is space through our gate to store your bikes or sport equipment. In the kitchen there is a breakfast bar where you can eat, some have said it doubles as a desk, a perfect place to study or work from. We use the front door from time to time, and occasionally use the washing machine in the kitchenette , but don't use it when you are in. We use our entry from the 1st floor to offer you privacy ,if you prefer. We are on the south west coast path and near the university , so it's an ideal place for a break for walkers, and used for parents visiting children in university, perfect for graduations. There's normally a great live music scene around Falmouth and we are a 30 min walk to town, there are buses available and boat trips from Falmouth to go further afield, dolphin or whale watching. Our beach and the neighbouring beaches hire out wet suits, kayaks, paddle boards etc so you can have fun in the sea, courses are also available, we would advise booking ahead. Your personal access is through our gate marked Lower deck and there is a key safe (set with your weekly set code) with your key to your private door, if we are not to welcome you (safely distanced of course). We live in the 2 storeys above and are available for advise and ideas if required from time to time. We are on a residential cul de sac, a short walk to the beach. It is a very sporty area, in the summer months people are regularly seen wheeling their kayaks or paddle boards just doning swim wear, or running. A very relaxed atmosphere. We are on a bus route from Falmouth, and there is a train station at Falmouth or penmere which is quite close by. Please peruse our guide book
