Do you like strolls on the beach, swimming, BBQs, lazy days to recharge and enjoy time with your friends and family, then pack your beach bag and come and relax in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, a perfect base for families and travelling executives. Located on a street, lined with beautiful, tall old Norfolk Pines, you are only 100 meters from the sands of Cottesloe beach and the enticing cooling waters of the Indian Ocean. Eateries, bars, shopping and transport are in walking distance This beach holiday house is laid out over three levels: Starting with the upper level containing the Master Bedroom and en-suite, very comfy lounge and a good sized balcony to sit and enjoy your sundowners with views over the ocean to Rottnest island. Then down a few steps to the main level for the main entry, laundry, well-equipped kitchen and dining area which connects directly to the rear courtyard through large sliding doors. The lower level is where you will find the 2 guest bedrooms and main bathroom, which provides excellent distance from the master suite. Both guest bedrooms open out to the large front courtyard which is setup to be your excellent summer outdoor entertaining space, so relax and enjoy a BBQ or two with family and friends. You will have sole access to the entire property, which includes a single off street undercover parking space, with additional free roadside parking. The neighbours are very friendly but please be mindful of their personal spaces and that noise levels should be kept to a respectful level after 10:00pm I will be available to welcome you on your arrival at our home and provide you with an introduction to the features of the townhouse and surrounds. As you will have sole occupancy to the entire townhouse, I will not be with you on a daily basis but I am only a phone call away if you require any assistance or information .
