The villa has its own fresh fruit and vegetables from its gardens and a cozy atmosphere to make you feel at home. Now available for rent: first floor of cozy Italian villa, fully furnished, in a quiet mountainside town, panoramic views available. Spacious front terrace and enclosed backyard with vegetable/fruit gardens. Living room with high ceiling and cozy fireplace with comfortable seating area. Three large bedrooms with lots of natural light - two with double occupancy, single beds (can be put together to create queen-size bed); one with cot for baby/child. Two full bathrooms - one with tub, sink and WC, along with frosted window for privacy; other with standing shower, sink and WC. Full kitchen available for use, to be confirmed with owners upon arrival. Independent/private entrance to the villa and guest quarters (entire first floor of the villa including bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen). Owners are available for any needs but prefer to give guests their privacy and quiet. In the last Italian villa before you reach the open country, step out of the doors and you will be greeted by fresh air, mountains and a beautiful sunrise. At night, lift your head and take in the wide open expanse of the night sky and bright stars. Free parking available. 10-15 minute drive (approx. 12 km from public train station, providing access to Milan, Torino and Genova). Personal car recommended (if necessary, owners can provide a pickup/drop off ride from/to train station at arrival and departure). Public buses available from train station (hourly schedule; confirm schedule details with owners before departure).
