Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Also a concept 2 rowing machine, and 2 bicycles. 15 minutes to Hobbiton, 15 minutes to Avanti Cycledrome. 7 minutes to Cambridge, 20 to Hamilton, and just over one hour to Tauranga and beaches, Rotorua and Waitomo Caves.
