Very quiet self contained Gite near Eymet and Duras. Set in 10 acres of land. Open plan with main bedroom + double sofa bed (within living area). 12 mins from Eymet and 10 mins from Duras. Ideal for house hunting couples. This accommodation is not suitable for more than 2 adults, but two small children could be accommodated on the sofa bed. The gite is attached to a house, and adjacent to our house. Shared use of the pool. Please note, pool now closed till Apr 22 due to weather. Sorry no dogs. Beautiful, peaceful setting. Owners' house adjacent. We have pets on site living with us - 4 chicken, 2 donkeys, 3 cats and 2 young dogs. We are situated up a 1/2 km driveway. Because of the number of animals here, please note we can not accommodate dogs. The pool (alarmed) would be available to use. Pool now closed till Apr 2022. This is also used by the owner and the family. Plenty of space to wander in the grounds. 3 km from Pardaillan Village. Peaceful and remote but 2 beautiful ancient towns nearby. An ancient ruined Chateau is within walking distance! You will need a car to get about. Mainline train station at Sainte Foy La Grande is approx 20 mins away. Trains to Bordeaux approx hourly. Bergerac Airport is 40 mins away and Bordeaux Airport is approx 1 hour 20 mins away. The sofa bed is located within the living area so there would be no privacy for either bed. Longer stays possible by arrangement.
