Cottage on small acreage

Escape the hustle and bustle and get back in touch with nature and stay in our cottage apartment hidden amongst nature. This tranquil cottage stay is located on 1.2 acres on land where you’ll get to meet the local wildlife, breath a breath of truly fresh air and watch as the little wrens hop from branch to branch. Only minutes away from the M1, Westfield Shopping centre, Cafes/resturants, Glenworth Valley, Tree Tops Adventure Park and local skincare factory Harvest Garden. Our cottage is located on an acre of land overlooking the tree tops. Outside your lounge room is your own private verandah with fully functioning BBQ and cooktop. We provide all the utensils you’ll need to cook with. You have full use of the gardens to explore and use as well as our swing that swings over the valley. Outside your front door lays beautiful walks beneath the trees with many local and native animals along the way to see and listen too. So enjoy the strolling around the beautiful neighbourhood on some lovely walks (on foot or feel free to bring your bikes). The main residence is next door but there is plenty of privacy and you will not be disturbed. If you have any questions or run into any issues during your stay the owners of the property live in the adjacent house and are available for assistance even by phone if we are out. Although our cottage is located in a rural area we are still only minutes away from some of the best destinations on the Central Coast. *However, please note that we do have nosy neighbours that will complain if our guests are noisy. This is not a rowdy party destination. - 7 minutes from the M1 - 10 minutes from Westfield Shopping centre or 5 minutes from Chittaway Bay (smaller centre, just Coles, liqourland, butcher, bakery and pharmacy). - Beaches 15 minutes away - Cafes in all direction anywhere from 10 minutes away (We recommend Duck Duck Moose or Glass Onion or Bateau Bay Beach Cafe) - 25 minutes away Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures (horse riding and more) - 12 minutes away Tree Tops Adventure Park - 10 minutes from local handcrafted skincare factory Harvest Garden Please note that there is a flight of stairs to go up to reach the cottage. Please also note that indoors we only have a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The kitchen is outdoors and consists of a BBQ, sink and gas stove.
