Perched directly on Budgewoi Lake, discover a getaway that is dressed to impress. Think: polished timber flooring, sleek ceramic and copper finishes, a waterfront deck bar and a seemingly-endless bark garden with direct lake access. This single-level space epitomises indoor-outdoor living with a bright, open plan that allows the breeze to run through it. A fully-equipped kitchen has all you’ll need including a five-burner gas stovetop, large double fridge, spacious oven and dishwasher; alongside extra touches like a smeg toaster and a coffee machine. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a living area with a sonos speaker, a LCD TV with Netflix and Stan and an air conditioner that is ideal for beginning your days relaxing or unwinding in the evenings. The light-filled dining space comes complete with a six-person dining table; but the choice to dine al fresco on the waterfront facing deck might be more enticing. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, large walk-in wardrobe and pristine ensuite bathroom, the second room features a spacious queen bed while the third bedroom features two single beds. An additional bathroom boasts ample space and features a sleek bathtub, double rainfall shower head and a double vanity with polished timber benchtops and sleek ceramic sinks. Additional luxuries include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, on-premise parking and a spacious waterfront garden with more than enough space for everyone. For those who would want to extend the weekend and stay for the week, there is a separate study area with a dual monitor set up via USB-C connection available at the property. You’ll be staying in the lakeside suburb of Gorokan, surrounded by some of the area's most spectacular beaches. Join surfers and Sydney day trippers at The Entrance to catch some of the best waves in the area. Follow it up with lunch at Glass Onion Society where you’ll find locals sipping on long blacks and chowing down on BBQ brisket burgers. Just Ten minutes’ drive away you’ll find Wyrrabalong National Park, where stunning coastal walks sit alongside pristine stretches of white sand and rolling waves. Don’t miss a dip in the calmer waters of the neighbouring Soldiers Beach. Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the driveway. There is also free street parking. Airport: 2:15 hours by car Public Transport: The property is not close to any form of public transport. If you plan to get around it is recommended to bring your own car. To cover extra cleaning, please note our pet fee is $50, which will be added to your total reservation amount after booking. As the property is waterfront, it is not fully enclosed so dogs are recommended to sleep inside but are not allowed on the beds or couch. The property is 10 minutes drive to dog beaches or to Norah Head Patrolled beach, and it’s moments from the Toukley bridge.
