JULY + AUGUST MINIMUM STAY is 7 NIGHTS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT ON SATURDAY'S ONLY Two pretty double rooms and one room with bunk beds perfect for the children. House has shower room and bathroom with toilet and a second toilet. Full kitchen with all amenities. Sitting room and dining room. Laundry room with washing machine and additional freezer space. In the garden there is an overground plunge pool good for cooling off on hot summer days, We have an acre garden with lawn and mature trees, potager and chickens. BBQ and terrace area. Perfect for cycling, walking, birdwatching or just relaxing and getting away from it all, Pretty fortified medieval villages, swimming lakes, wine, Armagnac. Nearest take away is Pizza just 3km away. All facilities including overground swimming pool, trampoline, table tennis table, kitchen and all areas. House has good wifi connection. We have two dogs they are very friendly and sociable and are never allowed into guest areas. Free parking on site. We are around to help when needed but otherwise the space is totally private. We live in a small appartment behind the main house and is not attached to the main house We are surrounded by the peaceful green rolling hills of southern Gascony with sunflowers in the winter and magnificent views of the Pyrenees in both winter and summer. Gascony is a relatively unspoilt region and local foodie specialities include foie gras, duck confit and Armagnac. We have some amazing artisans in this region of France who fill our larders with wonderful flavours and textures with a big emphasis on organic produce. Local festivals are a must visit in the summer months especially the world famous Marciac Jazz Festival first 2 weeks in August.
