⭐️A Luxury Family Villa⭐️ ⭐️With A Large Pool and Amazing Outdoor Living Space ⭐️

Sihinaya Villa is a simply stunning, family friendly, exclusive use boutique holiday villa. It is a newly renovated traditional 100 year old antique house in a beachside location in Weligama, one of the worlds top diving and surfing hotspots, on the southern coast of Sri Lanka. It is situated off the main coast road away from the traffic hustle and bustle but just minutes away from all the town and main beach action. Sihinaya translates in Sinhala to "Dream" and Sihinaya is truly a "Dream" property. Our Villa is suitable for families, couples or friendship groups wishing to have the exclusive use of the villa and the services of its trained staff. It has being lovingly renovated by craftsmen to a very high standard and decorated and furnished in a luxurious but comfortable style keeping the needs of our guests in mind at all times. The Villa is fully staffed including our Chef, Housekeeper, Steward, and our Manager, they operate from the separate staff quarters located in the grounds of the villa. They work in a very discreet manner ensuring the privacy and relaxation of our guests at all times. There is also night time security at the villa. The Villa has four air conditioned colourful bedrooms with gorgeous handmade beds with deep comfortable mattresses. The bedroom furniture is made from locally sourced wood by a local carpenter. Ceiling fans are also provided for our guests bed time comfort. Two of our our bedrooms have an interconnecting door which converts the two rooms into a family suite should it be required. We can accommodate two further children under the age of 11 on fold away beds and we can also provide a baby cot for one infant. We have three en suite bathrooms with open to the sky showers and a private outdoor courtyard bathroom with a luxurious free standing bathtub. All our bedlinen and towels are high grade Egyptian cotton and we provide cosy bathrobes and toiletries. The large living area at the rear of the villa is open to the garden and overlooks the pool area. The large handcrafted wooden dining table seats 10 comfortably, whilst our well equipped villa kitchen can be used by our guests should they wish to self cater. We have provided a large comfortable seating area with handloomed cushions. There is also a TV with DVD player and a Bose Bluetooth sound speaker which has been provided for your enjoyment. The garden is secluded, walled and private and has a stunning pool pavilion with bar area and seating, satellite TV and a changing room with toilet facilities. We have provided numerous sun beds, bean bags and parasols in our tropical gardens which extend around the property. Our pool is large, has a shallow end for the kids and steps for easy access. The gardens are visited by native birds, peacocks and the occasional passing monkey, watching the local wildlife is a really entertaining pastime. Either a Sri Lankan, English or Continental breakfast is available every morning and is included in the rental fee. Delicious evening meals, drinks and snacks can be lovingly prepared by our in house chef from a menu and are charged separately, but of course you are free to eat out away from the villa. The choice is yours! Whilst we do not sell alcoholic drinks at Sihinaya, our staff are happy to purchase beers and wines from the village on your behalf for your own consumption. The villa is beautifully appointed and has a comfortably luxurious, private and tranquil atmosphere. We are very family friendly and provide board games, kids dvds and we have high chairs, cots and kids eating and drinking ware is available. The beautiful local beach is just a two minute walk away, here you can find a dive centre, beach bar and restaurant. The beach is safe for kids and there are surf breaks on the bay. The main beach in Weligama is a wide, shallow sandy bay where you will find surf schools, beach bars and differing level surf breaks. Surf lessons and board hire is very reasonable and the tuition really friendly. Weligama beach is just a fun five minute tuk tuk ride away. In Weligama town you can find all your shopping, banking and medical needs and a large array of tourist facilities. Mirissa beach, about 15 minutes away, has many beach bars and restaurants right on the sand. The waves are great and surfing areas abound. This beach is really buzzing in the evenings with music, restaurants and bars. There are many places of interest in the local area including Temples, snake farms, turtle hatchery, local towns, historic sites, batik factories and whale watching to name just a few. Further afield you can take a day trip to see Sri Lankan elephants, leopards etc in their natural habitat. Airport or hotel pick ups can be arranged via local transport companies using air conditioned mini buses. Please ask for details.
