Renovated traditional family house in Sifnos

Traditional island family house renovated in 2021, located very close to the sea (5min walk). The house is of local architecture and has an area of 90 square meters. It also offers unique sunset views, from a large balcony (60 sq.m.) and also has a private garden (over 200 sq. m.). Located at Kamares the house is also very close to the harbor (10min walk). The house has all the basic amenities and can accomodate 4 people. Street parking is allowed in front of the house and always available. Basic appliances include kitchen oven and hobs, refrigerator and laundry. Coffee machines are also provided (nespresso & filter coffee). Private garden is available. I am available to reach by phone and email. Kamares has one of the best organized beaches of the island, which is ideal for families. Also, the village has many great local taverns with fresh seafood and 2 great beach bars, which close at night. Everything is within walking distance. A bus stop is located in 2min walking distance.
