Our apartment is situated in small place called Djenovici, right next to a new luxury resort Portonovi and 140m away from the beach. The sea is actualy right across the street, but no swimming is allowed here, it is a D Marin Portonovi, a world-class marina. We are 7 kilometers away from the old town of Herceg Novi. You will love staying here because you will feel the love with which this place is prepared. We made it just like for us. And we love comfort. The location of the apartment is perfect, but also very quiet. The bedroom is facing north, and living room is facing south. From the bed you can see the trees and hear the birds singing. We sleep well in our apartment. It is equipped for all seasons, not for summer only. Inverter air conditioner and quality construction, thermal insulation, aluminum doors and windows (with mosquito net and blinds) provide a comfortable stay. Everything in the apartment is brand new. Custom-made furniture, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, and all necessary pots and utensils), comfortable bed, towels, clean, ironed linen, sofa bed that folds out into very good bed, big closets, drawer, spacious shower, hair dryer, private entrance and a beautiful terrace will make your stay comfortable and convenient. Parking is available in the yard of the house (no extra charge). Bank, post office, pharmacy, hair and beauty salon, boutiques, healthy food market and local stores are in a range of 100m from our apartment. Local store is very well equipped (fresh fish, meat, organic and special food, wine and sweets). Many cafes and restaurants are located across the street. Portonovi resort boasts several galleries and international kindergarten. Two children playgrounds are near the apartment. The promenade in Djenovici is perfect for riding bicycles, rollerblades and scooters. I am available for my guests 24/7 by phone, text message or email
