Divine Designer Showmans Wagon

Nobody for miles around! Chic 1930's wagon with all mod cons, gas hob, 2 fridges, freezer, wood burner, outside hot shower (summer). Perfect for Winter/Spring breaks. Separate bathroom with cast iron bath, compost loo, heater and heated towel rail! In a wonderful rural setting. Wildlife galore. A pond and river close to the wagon, which attracts all sorts of animals. This is a glorious way to see geese, ducks, herons etc. The wagon is in it's own private secluded valley with no neighbours. A simply stunning Showman's Wagon ! A lovely stylish space that can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a separate double bedroom. A useful kitchen with a granite worktop, hob and fridge. The table seats 4 comfortably and folds into a king size bed if required. A comfy sofa sits in front of the wood burning stove (logs supplied). The whole space oozes quality and style. Electric heating keeping the space really warm even on the coldest day. The bathroom is two steps away cleverly fitted into an old horse trailer - with a cast iron bath and heated towel rail. Open the door on a sunny day and watch the birds - lots of wildlife. Covered decking area for sitting out with plenty of chairs. There is a BBQ provided (bring your own charcoal) and a fire pit (logs provided). There is also an outside fridge with ice as well as a small freezer, great for ice. There is a hot outside shower overlooking the pond (not available during the winter). Please note there is a pond and stream nearby so not suitable for young children unless supervised. Set in its own completely private valley - easy walking direct from the property. Plenty of parking on a hardstanding area a shortish walk from the Showmans. There is a steepish slope to walk up / down so unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs. 30 acres of fields, woods and streams to walk around. We are nearby if you would like any advice on local walks or pubs. Peaceful, rural, lots of good pubs and walks. In the heart of the South Downs National Park. In April/May we have an ancient woodland full of bluebells and woodland anemones. No public transport but 10 minutes taxi from Haslemere station. We can collect if required. Local pubs like the Noahs Ark in Lurgashall and Lickfold Inn in Lickfold are close but will need to be booked in advance. Kitchen comes with all of the basics, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. Bathroom has bath mat and loo roll. All of the bedding is provided. Please bring your own towels. NB All water waste goes into ground near to watercourses, we therefore provide biodegradable non toxic washing up liquid, and all bathroom stuff like shampoo, and shower gel . Please do not use anything that would pollute the surrounding area. NB. If you do whilst staying have any signs of the virus please make us aware. Thank you
