Rates allow for up to 4 people in the two queen beds DESCRIPTION: StayCentral on Nott is an individual apartment, comfortably tucked away on the fourth floor of the modern Bayshore complex on Nott St, Port Melbourne. It has an indoor pool, a gymnasium and extra storage facilities if needed, just 150m from the beach. The Bayshore complex runs right through to Bay St from Nott St on the western side. Perfect for four, your StayCentral corporate apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, huge living and dining area, two bedrooms, a balcony, one bathroom and its own laundry facilities. Your boutique apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and a fully-equipped laundry and kitchen, as well as a 50” UHD Smart TV with sound bar. The balcony door and bedroom window allow fresh air into the apartment when you want it. All windows have blockout blinds. All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.  (Note from owner: This is where I come to relax. It is always so quiet in this apartment, the way it is set up always makes me feel like everything is done. If I want to eat out, I am on Bay St and can go low budget or high class. When I choose to eat in, I can source the ingredients within a four minute walk. If I want to go out, there is usually live music at one of the venues. When I go for a walk, if I turn left I am at the beach, when I turn right I am heading toward the city. And the cafes? Too many to choose a favourite!) We have multiple alternative apartments available, in inner Melbourne locations. LOCATION: The address is 52 Nott St, Port Melbourne. It has a Walk Score of 95 out of 100. This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. It is only a seven minute walk from the 109 Port Melbourne - Box Hill tram at the 128-Graham St/Light Rail (Port Melbourne) stop. Nearby parks include Lagoon Reserve, Hester Reserve and Crichton Reserve. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches. To the right you will find Station Pier (where the Spirit of Tasmania and the huge cruise liners dock) and several great seaside restaurants and hotels, and Beacon Cove. To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point. Here are just a few examples of local attractions which are an easy walk away: Station Pier Spirit of Tasmania №1 Station Pier Restaurant Port Melbourne Beach Bike paths Pier Hotel Shops, supermarkets and more on Bay St Palace Hotel GETTING THERE The easiest way to get to Nott St from anywhere is get get a taxi, Uber or Ola ride; including from Tullamarine Airport. Alternative transport from the airport is also relatively easy; take the Skybus from outside the airport terminal to Southern Cross train station in downtown Melbourne, then hop on Tram No. 109 at the end of Collins St at the bottom end of the station. Get off at Graham St. Cross the small park, keeping the Graham St, overhead bridge on your right. Cross under the bridge, and swing left, walking up the other side of Graham St, towards the traffic lights. Nott St is on your right, one block before the traffic lights. 52 Nott St is about 150m on the left hand side. Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. GETTING AROUND The bus stop is at the front of the complex on Bay St. The tram stop is five minutes walk away down Graham St and across the little park. Everything you need for everyday living is within easy walking distance. Just keep walking down Graham St to Bay St for cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarkets. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card. GUEST INTERACTION We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. A Guest Information Folder with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartments PET STAYS NB: Many of our properties, including this one, are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! Please enquire with us about the pet stay fee. GOOD TO KNOW PLEASE NOTE OUR MINIMUM STAYS REQUIREMENTS BELOW: VRBO only allows us to show one minimum stay setting. These are our rules. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. CHECK IN On check in, the guest will be required to · provide a photo ID · sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms & Conditions. Please ask us about this if it may not be possible. SECURITY BOND The Host requires a minimum security bond of $600, which increases for very long stays and bookings on the day of arrival. The security bond needs to be paid directly to the host via a Verified SecureID MasterCard-Visa payment link. This will be sent to you by email once your booking is placed and the required initial deposit is paid to VRBO. The refundable security bond will be refunded within 7 days after the guest’s departure, subject to damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal.
