Les Lavandes-Spacious, light and airy house

Recently renovated. Bright and airy. Ideally situated in a beautiful village. 4 bedrooms so spacious and well equipped. Parking for a car in the grounds and plenty of other parking outside on the cul de sac. We do not live on site but are only 8 kms away should we be needed. We will meet you at the property on your arrival and will collect the keys from you after your stay. Guests have full use of the whole house and the garden. We are available to support and help your guests have a relaxing and comfortable stay. The Charente river is 2 minute walk away from the house. In summer there is a natural swimming pool in the charente with a lifeguard present July and August. There is a buffet also where you can buy either just drinks or have a meal. A car is essential for the area as there is not a lot of public transport available. There is a train station in nearby St Savinien with links to Saintes and La Rochelle. stairs are steep and winding. People with limited mobility will struggle.
