Ensuite room - privacy in Penrith

This is a upstairs room on its own with en suite bathroom. The house has three rooms. The room is air conditioned. Free wifi. Located in Kingswood area of Penrith. Walking distance to UWS/TAFE and train station. Close to Napean Hospital as well. This is a self contained upstairs room with bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Air-conditioned. The host wakes up and goes to work early in the morning, so when I open the garage door at 6.30 am in the morning some people may find it noisy although no one has said so. Also I go to bed early around 9pm so like not to be disturbed around these times. Please feel free to use the kitchen, dining table and laundry. Close to all the attractions of Penrith ; Panthers, Tench reserve, White water stadium and Regatta Centre/ Penrith lakes. 50 minutes drive to Katoomba. Only vegetarian cooking is permited in the house.
