Downstair have 1 bedroom and 1 bathrooms . You can enjoy your breakfast by seeing the sunrise and of course you can enjoy ur dinner by seeing the sunset. Our condo is surrounded by high windows and facing the sea view directly. It offers you a panoramic sea view. Enjoying the sunrise during the holiday is at the east of your finger tips. Our condominium will gave you a very cozy stay and we assured that you will enjoy to the fullest. Guest may go to the gym at 11th floor or you can access to the swimming pool by 5th floor. For car park, you may park your car at basement of this condominium Of course guest can have their morning jog just opposite the condominium. There's a long pathway near the sea side which most of the locals having their morning jog there. Guest can just walk around 7 to 11 minutes to reach Gurney Paragon and Gurney Plaza. Just opposite the condominium. Just next to the condominium guest can having their breakfast or dinner at Song River local restaurant and the most yummy food is Bak Kut Teh. Along the gurney, guest also can enjoy many local restaurant for morning and dinner. I am not meeting up with guests because I have a full time job but I will be happy to arrange to meet you would like to invite me up. The key will be passed to our guests through an easy method upon arrival. I am happy to support u through the phone. For oversea guests, if u have any problem, please hook on the WiFi at the Starbucks and send me a message via Airbnb apps or by using What's App. Our WiFi is also accessible when you are outside our apartment. I strongly recommend u to record the WiFi password after you have completed the booking because it is already as accessible as soon as booking completed. The address of Gurney is the most expensive address in Penang. Guest can enjoy night walking after dinner at the seaside pathway. It's just few minutes walking distance towards Gurney Paragon Mall and Gurney Plaza. Morning or Night this is a very lively area. It can said that it's the most convenient stay at Penang Island because it's locate at the center of Penang island and guest can access anywhere just by Grab. We assured that guest can really enjoy their stay with us :) Bus stop is just 5 to 7 minutes walking distance of the apartment but the frequency of bus is quite low and not punctual. The best way to get around is by car, you can download the application called Grab. Grab works just like Uber, usually your driver will arrive within 10mins, just a great timing for you to come down from our apartment to be picked up by the Grab driver. Fare and travelling time: To Georgetown area is about RM10 to RM20 and takes about 5mins to 15mins depends on the area u are going. To Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si Temple takes about 15mins to 30mins depends on traffic condition. Fare is usually below RM30. To Batu Feringgi takes about 40mins to 50mins.
