Colle Dei Massi, which has been the residence of local noble families for centuries, consists of 3 floors for the exclusive use of guests, all reached by the latest generation of WiFi - ultra-fast fibre. On the ground floor, guests will find: - a large fully equipped kitchen: crockery, set of plates and glasses for 8 people, kettle, mixer, toaster, Juicer, Moka coffee maker Made in Italy, salt and condiments, paper towel, paper napkins, working dishwasher, dish soap, household products and even 2 highchairs for children - a large dining room for 8 people with direct access to the exclusive patio surrounded by a perfectly kept garden and a brick barbecue. From the patio you can also enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the medieval village of Valfabbrica. - a large living room with an elegant working corner fireplace, SmartTv and comfortable sofas to relax on or work on your PC On the first floor, guests will find: 3 double bedrooms all with exposed beams and typical local furnishings and all equipped with comfortable Queen Size mattresses. Each room has its own private bathroom with direct access. Each room is equipped with WiFi - Ultrafast Fibre and linen (also with change). In addition, the staff of Colle Dei Massi provides guests in each bathroom with a Welcome Kit consisting of shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. On request in the villa there are 2 cots and/or beds for children to be added in case of need. On the second floor, guests will find: a further attic bedroom (also with en-suite bathroom) and an area totally dedicated to Smart Working with a dedicated workstation and WiFi for the exclusive use of the third floor.
