Brand new family apartment in Mirissa on the first floor in quiet garden, 7 minutes walk to the beautiful Mirissa beach, 5 minutes from the harbour. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, equiped kitchen and balcony with garden view. Ideal for long stay. You will have privacy and you will get unique local life experience as well. Mirissa is one of the most popular beach destinations in Sri Lanka for family holiday - beautiful long beach, surf point, large village with shops, restaurants and bars. It is also one of the best places in the world for whale watching from late October to April. There is enough space for big family in our apartment. King-size beds (2 in apartment) are enough large for 2 adults and 1 child. There is also double bed in one room. Bedrooms are airconditioned. One single bed is in living room (no A/C, only ceiling fan). I (Geeth) am living in downstairs apartment with my mother so we can offer you any help you will need. My mother does cooking lessons - she will teach you to cook the best rice and curry in Sri Lanka. There is local fruit and vegetable market 2x a week and fish market every day in Mirissa not far from our house, so you can cook your meals from fresh ingredients in the kitchen as well. I can arrange airport pick up (advance payment required) and drop off, whale watching and various trips. Walking distances: beach 7 minutes fish market in the harbour 5 minutes supermarket Cargirlls 10 minutes ATM 10 minutes bus station 5 minutes café, bars, restaurants 5-10 minutes Our house is in Mirissa, Harbor road, 4 km from Weligama. Bus stop "Mirissa Junction" is 300m from our apartment. There is free parking on our land.
