The house is located in the historic center of Cascais, in a residential street and very quiet, but surrounded by all kinds of commerce and services. Restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and local craft shops within 1,650 feet. The beach is 550 metres away, 7 minutes walk away. The train station to Lisbon is 1,650 feet away. Couldn't have a better location! When you enter you will find a living room with a sofa bed for two extra guests. In the living room there is LDC TV with international channels. There is WI-FI internet throughout the house. The whole house has central heating. A long hallway leads to the kitchen, past the laundry room with a washing machine and a full bathroom with a shower base. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals. It has hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and blender. The kitchen gives access to a private patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed, and another with two single beds, with the possibility of an extra bed. Between the two bedrooms there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer available. On the upper floor you will find a large living room with two terraces, one of them with sea views, where you can enjoy moments of leisure in all privacy. Our company uses exclusively the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment to obtain a complete and effective cleaning, including the cleaning of clothes and towels. All our accommodations are certified by the General Directorate of Health with the Clean & Safe seal other amenities: Wireless Internet, free throughout the house. Bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery included. The house has fans and heating in all rooms for you to feel comfortable all year round. House rules: •Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, use the outside areas. •The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility. •Pets are not allowed prior to consultation and prior authorization. •Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 22:00. •It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture. •Key loss - 100€ •Anatolled block that requires technical intervention - Customer pays for the intervention •Forget the keys inside the apartment, requiring a new visit from Welcomer - 25€ •A manual of the house will be provided in the apartment at the time ofcheck-in. Please abide by the rules. Minimum stays: 4 nights. Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50. Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€. Extras: Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € up to 4 people, 60 € up to 6 people. Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day; Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to play or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting,drivers, guided tours, among many others. Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.
