Whether staying overnight or longer, you'll enjoy comfortable bedding and linen. The front of the house is fully self-contained and can comfortably fit 4 adults but can sleep up to 6 guests. (vanity and washing machine are in the outside of the bathroom in an open area) ★Heating/Cooling: - There are two airconditioning units for heating & cooling in the kitchen/living area and bedroom1 - Bedrooms 1 & 2 provide ceiling fans and bar heaters for extra warmth. - The living room has ceiling fans and a fireplace. Promise you to have a warm winter:) ★Outdoor space - Lounge chairs in the entrance hall - Clothesline on the east side of the yard - Lovely swing ★Pets friendly Only house-trained, well-groomed little pets are allowed ★Parking There is free and residential street parking right outside the property. Guest can only access the front part of the cottage, including the rooms shown in pictures and the front yard. We will make sure our line is always answered and we can attend within 2 hours if needed. So feel free to contact us during your stay. The property owners reside in the back half of the house in their own separate living quarters and they only use the driveway to get through. They're a lovely, elderly couple who don't speak English and won't interact with you throughout your stay. But they will water the lawn and flowers in the front yard once a week. Please let us know when you book:) - We provide extra linen for a sofa bed if there's a 5th guest. An extra $30 per night will be charged. If your group is less than 5 people but still needs to use the linen for the sofa bed, the cost will be added on top of the booking.
