WE LIVE UPSTAIRS. Guest rooms are privately situated at the ground level with beautiful view of our garden and to Lake IIIawarra, it has two modern bedrooms (a queen and a double bed), lounge room, big bathroom and kitchenette. We only host 1 group at a time. Please read the bed arrangements before booking. Our place is ideal for professional travellers, singles, couples, up to four people ( please read through to see the bed arrangement). We are very close to all the hot attractions, Kiama is only 15 minutes drive away. 20 minutes to Wollongong, 5 minuties to lake IIlawarra lake, 10 minutes to Shellharbour village, 7 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park. *Please read our house rule before booking. NO LOUD GUESTS.(不欢迎高声喧哗和不懂礼貌的客人) *Please note that we live upstairs, there is a sliding door downstairs separate the guests area from the rest. We try our best to be quiet and we ask the same from our guest. You may hear us come and go, please DO NOT book if this bothers you. *No infants or children under 15 years of age. *Strictly no smoking on the property. *Free on street parking. The nightly price is for first two guests sharing one bedroom only. *** Bed arrangements: *Booking for two people: You will be using one bedroom only. The other bedroom will be locked. Guests have access to everything at the ground level. We live on the upper level of the home and welcome guests to call in any time . We love meeting our guest and will do our best to ensure your stay is a memorable one. Our house is in the best street of the suburb with a reserve at front and back of the street . It has easy access to free way. Close to the local shops and restaurants. Local attractions include Lake Illawarra, Kiama Blowhole, Shellharbour, Minamurra Rain Forest & Southern Highlands. Its only a five minutes drive to the Sydney train stop, a short walk to the bus stop and only 10 minutes drive to the Shellharbour Stockland shopping centre. Only 15 minutes to the beach. We have two beautiful whippets living in the garden with a secured gate, they sometimes come to our living area via side of the house. They won't go in to your area. But if you like dogs, please feel free to say hello, they love people. We have a spare place for small dog in the garden separated by fence from my two whippets if you require, only if you are confident that your dog won't bark, because I don't want to upset my neighbors.
