Superb beachfront location 1 bedroom apartment sleeping 4 people with all mod cons. Private gate to beach. Lead guest must be 50 or over. 5 minutes walk to the Caleta Hotel. Wetroom bathroom, new 65" tv with loads of channels. Lift down to 4th floor only then stairs access to last floor. Not suitable for wheelchair access. No parking available outside the property. Full use of library, games room, snooker room, gymnasium & tv area in reception. Owner or other contact is always available. Uninterrupted sea views with a lovely sandy safe beach. Beach bar opens from around may to September. Paddle boards available to hire. 3 days minimum rental. Buses run from right outside reception area every 20 minutes from 7am to 9pm. Taxis available on request. A pleasant walk into town takes about 30 minutes.
