Casa Taj is a stunning Spanish Colonial style beach mansion offering you exquisite architecture inside and out. Grand windows, wrought iron accents, beautiful stone and tile work, rich double-crown moldings, granite, and other fine materials make up the interior of this beautiful retreat. Decorated with meticulous attention to detail in the Spanish Colonial style. Rented as a 6-bedroom, the retreat sleeps 12 guests in 6,000 square feet of interior space. The living room boasts large bay windows which face the generous veranda and overlook a spectacular ocean view. There’s also an inviting, wood-paneled home theater with plush leather seating and a 63-inch wide-screen TV which comes stocked with a selection of movies for every age group, and a library with an extensive selection of books. With 6,000-squre feet of indoor living space, the home features security safes in all bedrooms, an entertainment cinema, lavish dining area, sit up bar, professional chef’s kitchen, substantial living area, and generous hallways. Plenty of space is a key element of the atmosphere and the space will embolden your senses to thoroughly enjoy this mansion by the sea. Guests will sleep comfortably in 6 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and additional futons are available for extra persons at additional rates. The eat-in kitchen, with marble-top counters, includes a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with modern appliances. The breakfast nook is also a lovely place to enjoy the views and the available chef can serve delicious local meals Monday through Saturday. Two meals per day are included in your stay, with the cost of food being additional. Daily maid service and more will surpass your expectations for luxury and allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Bartender service is available to enjoy cocktails at the pool for an extra fee upon request. Combined with its classic Spanish Colonial architecture, Casa Taj offers 2000-square feet of covered balconies, which wrap around the house, with plenty of seating. Here you can truly relax in this remarkable space on the Pacific coast and enjoy the colorful evening sunsets. A decadent pool terrace with comfortable lounge chairs adjoin a lagoon-style pool and provides the perfect place to rest, taking in the sun, and enjoying the splendor of Costa Rica. Outdoor amenities really enhance the ambiance, infusing it with fun elements, such as kayaks for your use. There is also the convenience of a new gas grill, and outdoor kitchenette. A night security guard is provided and present during the evening/night hours, outside the house. Occupancy is based on 2 guests per bedroom until all 6 bedrooms are rented. Bedrooms not rented will not be offered to anyone else. Occupancy is based on 2 people per room. For each guest above 12 in a 6 bedroom rental there is an additional fee: $142 a night in high season and holiday weeks $126 a night in mid season $95 a night in low season
