Eco-friendly villa in rural Mallorca with Pool

There are 2 bedrooms (one for a couple (QS bed) and 2 single beds, a well-equipped bathroom, a living room, a dining table and the kitchen. When you park you'll find a huge garden with beautiful plants and trees and a large wooden table to eat outdoors. At the back of the house is a second porch where you can sit and relax and next to it there is the big BBQ and the BIG POOL! The pool is (10 x 5 meter) and passing the garden you will see the countryside with olive trees, many sheep and hens. The villa where you'll be is surrounded by mediterranean nature and good vibes. There are some amazing views from up there and you can see large parts of the island since the villa is constructed on top of a hill. It is a total rural and quiet environment : no roads and no neighbours. You will also not see any other tourists. In the nearby village of Sineu there is a wide range of good restaurants and cafes. Nearby is also an interesting Archaeological Museum (Son Fornés). There is also the possibility of a hiking tour: climbing the Puig de San Nofre. There is a large private parking area with space for several cars, directly located next to the house. The Landlord will be 2h a day in the morning cleaning the pool and taking care of the garden The only neighbours are sheep and olive trees . It's recommended to rent a car, because public transport is around 15 minutes away walking from the house. The house is solar-powered, and the kitchen stove and hot water work with natural gas. Tourist tax to be paid in cash at arrival. The amount is €2 per person (16 and older) per day. In low season (Nov-Apr) there is a discount of 50% and also for stays longer than 9 days during the high season.
